From BiblioAcid on the finding in our Aggregate collections article that about 50% of unique titles in the aggregate Google 5 collections were in non-English languages.

Of course, our figures refer to the collections themselves, not to the choices Google and the libraries make about digitization.

That's correct, the figures refer to the collections and not the choices Google and the libraries may make.
But still: the Bibliothèque Nationale de France's President's assumption that Google Print will *inevitably* be all-english because it works with english-speaking libraries is proved groundless.
