The library makes a difference

The Times (of London) has released its Good University Guide 2007. It has university rankings on its web page. As usual, Oxford and Cambridge tussle for top spot. Why, somebody asks, is Oxford in top place when Cambridge seems to do better in most of the assessment categories. The response:
